What systems do you hold licenses for?
We hold active contractor licenses in six jurisdictions covering all four primary system types under NFPA 13. Our certificate of competency holders are on staff — not outsourced — so every stamped drawing carries our direct liability.

Can you self-perform hydraulic calculations?
Yes. We maintain two in-house NICET Level IV designers who run hydraulic calculations in-house using SprinkCAD and HydraCALC. We do not outsource calcs to third-party engineers on standard wet or dry systems — this eliminates the back-and-forth that blows bid schedules.
For pre-action and deluge systems in data centers or high-hazard occupancies, we coordinate directly with the mechanical engineer of record on water supply analysis, eliminating the telephone-game delays that cause red tags at the final walk.
NFPA 13 Requirement: Hydraulic calculations must be prepared by a licensed fire protection engineer or qualified designer. Self-performance by the installing contractor is a differentiating capability evaluated during subcontractor selection.
What is your current EMR and safety record?
An EMR below 1.0 signals better-than-average safety performance. Our 0.74 mod rate reflects consistent investment in toolbox talks, daily pre-task planning, and a zero-tolerance policy for working at height without a fall protection plan in place. We hold ABC STEP Diamond status — the highest recognition tier.

How do you protect the GC's schedule?
Red tags cost more than the fix — they cost your float. Our process is built around three schedule-protection commitments: submittals approved in the first round, rough-in complete before ceiling closure, and inspections passed on the first walk-through. If we can’t commit to those three, we say so at bid time.
What are your bonding capacity and insurance limits?
We are bonded through Surety Solutions Group and carry insurance through Liberty Mutual. Certificates are issued within 24 hours of request. Our bonding capacity supports projects up to $28M single / $65M aggregate.
